• Providing a single point of contact for the customers and all third parties during the installation
• Defining project requirements and securing time commitments from everyone involved
• Managing the logistics of hardware, software and personnel so that everything and everyone is in the right place at the right time
• Arranging product and technical training required by users and administrators
• Monitoring and ensuring that all project milestones are met on schedule
